The WHITE ROSE in my eyes

It’s a pleasure to see flowers bloom and lining with different colors and sizes on their petals. I just saw these in pictures. Not that I never gone outside or in a garden. Yet I never saw the same scenario wherein flowers are aligning in a wide land area. I have seen a little garden with flowers, it is nice to look. We even have little garden before since my mother loves plants and flowers but as our clan grow a number; our space became narrower for us to have a garden. My mother used to care and bought plants and orchids which I never had. It’s not I hate gardening but it’s not my habit. I just love to see them bloom and grow. 

As I remember my mother planted red roses beside our little house. I forgot how many but my mother loves and excited to see it bloom. I just can’t help how and why but most of the people’s favorite flowers are the red roses. When you go near the church, you can see lots of red roses sold. During our retreat, we were given red roses to give it to our parents. And during our graduation in high school, we were also told to have red roses to give to our parents in the middle of our presentation as thanks giving. It was also during our Ring hop in college that we gave another red rose. Maybe most or generally consider red rose as sign of love based on its color too, it fits. But I go for a white rose.

I don’t know what pulls me to love white rose. I never have one. But seeing a white rose sold in a flower shop seems they are pulling my soul. I collected pictures of white rose and do a friendster account on it before. I just find it perfect. Watching it makes me feel calm and peaceful. I even promised to myself and make the white rose as sign of a man who will give me a white rose is the man I will marry. I never got flowers from my suitors or boy friends but I got a red rose from my crush on high school, though it’s just a set up. I love white roses even before and until now, but I don’t dare to buy one for I want to fulfill what I promise. But time is too short for me to wait who will be that man.

Everything changes when I met my current boy friend whom my fiancée now. He is planning to ask my hand from my parents this month. We’ve been together for almost 22 months and will be 23 next week. He is not type of person who will give chocolates and flowers at you. So, I never expect a white rose from him. Even though the man I loved and will marry will not give a white rose during our wedding but I consider him as the white rose in my eyes. I can’t admire any flowers more than how I look at the white rose. I feel so calm and at peace when I saw a white rose. I felt so in love with a white rose. It is just a white rose but it’s extraordinary for me that I can’t figure out how. I can’t explain really why I am attracted to a white rose and so as to my boy friend. I may not know what make me fall on him this much but I am so sure that he is the one I will marry and the one I love and will love over and over again.

Watching 3IDIOTS not just once but twice 3/27/11- ALL IS WELL!

I am not a movie fanatic person. We had lots of DVD tapes at home since my father likes to watch movies during rest day. I never touches those. There are categories which I wanted to watch just like horror movies and karate movies yet it still don't struck me much. I watch it just to have something to do. But this one really catches me not just in mind but deep in my soul. First time I heard about it it sounds so odd for I thought all of the scenes are literally on its title IDIOTS. It was when I read in the facebook some lines of it and I become interested on it. I kept on finding source of it just to watched this movie. When the cousin of my father told me that he had the DVD. I hurriedly borrowed it and watch it immediately. I even forgot to take my breakfast this morning. I love this not because it just awakened me but because there are part of Ranchon that I can relate with. Let's say I AM also a type of person who doesn't think of what I will have when doing something but on what I will learn and how I will live on what I learn. I am not a studious type of person, you can't see me in library reading piles of books but definitely you can see me chatting there. During college, I used my past time in canteen or in bench. During exams, you can't see me like other students having lots of notes, books piled in front of them and scanning it one by one. I know having good grades feels great! It also helps you to step forward on your level form 1st year to 5th year for Engineering (I am an Industrial Engineering). I don't want memorizing every word written on the book. Instead I read it once and try to analyze and understand it. I am not a topnotcher in class not even a part of honorables. But I am confident that I AM A LEARNED PERSON and apply it in my real life. Not just with the theories but with my ATTITUDE.

So I think it's enough for telling about myself. But I am knocking on your heart and soul to those who haven't seen this yet to watched this out. I swear to you 101 % you will never forget this.

BINGO 4LINE-UP (We ended up 33) It’s been years that I haven’t played BINGO 4 line-up game. It is a game played for two players. This is composed of two colored chips and a board to where the chips are dropped. There are two colors of chips wherein the two players will choose to what color they will use. The goal is to line up 4 chips into the board (horizontal, diagonal, or vertical pattern). The one who got his chips into a 4 line-up is the winner. Here are some pictures of the game that I am talking of:

It was last night March 21, 2011 that I have fun playing this game again. As far as I remember, my last play on this kind of game was during my elementary years. I got 4 years in high school and 5 years in college and almost 1 year at work. It was just last night that I touched again the chips that I used to play before. I am really having fun playing on this BINGO 4 LINE-UP with my boyfriend. We ended the game after Mara Clara Teleserye, with 33 points each. It seems I get back to my childhood years. But playing this game is really nice thing to do especially during break time to get out from boredom. It is also a brain squeezer because you got to find how to win and how to avoid your opponent getting a 4 line-up.

I remember in my childhood days on how I didn’t participate actively whenever we had an activity in school…

And I say it’s because not just I’m shy with the people around me but I had this fear inside that I can’t do it! In short i don’t have confidence in myself…

But as I reach my teenage life and as I start knowing different people and saw them doing the things I know I could also do..that’s the time I started to gain the CONFIDENCE that i’ve been longing for…

And you know what? When you already try to get out of your shell and started to know the ability and capability that YOURSELF have… It feels so….GOOD! It’s an ACCOMPLISHMENT!

You may fail in your first try…you may feel as a looser when you can’t perfectly made it… But at least you try..just like the phrase “It’s better than never” right? When will you gonna do such thing?when you can’t do it anymore? Remember,regret always comes after…

The word CHOICE may just compose of a 6 letter word but the importance of it is countless.

Every results of the things we’ve done in our lives, it may be success or failure, lies on our CHOICE.

It is not TIME that keeps the world go changing nor DESTINY. But it’s CHOICE.

People who lived in a peaceful life are those who chose to walked in a right path.While, people who ived in a horrible life are those who chose to walked in a wrong path.

People who were happy with there special someone are those who chose the right person to love.While, people who were sad with there special someone are those who chose the wrong person to love.

People who were strong are those who chose to fight in whatever circumstances may come.While people who were weak are those who chose to be coward.

What most of the people in our country cry for?

CHANGES…… FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR COUNTRY AND SOCIETY….

Who aim and seek and ponder an attitude for a continuous changes?

IE –Industrial Engineers

We the IE always wanted continuous changes – kaizen, as for improvement. We ensure we plan, decide and do things with INNOVATION and EXCELLENCE. We improve systems, processes and procedures in a manufacturing company and services company and hopefully someday an IE will rank in POLITICS!

There would be no need for a big fund to do such things that our country needs, for IE is not also after on changes but also on COST REDUCTION….. LESSER PROCESS, MINIMIZE TIME CONSUMPTION, PRODUCTIVITY, AND A GOOD QUALITY OF OUTPUT but in a LESSER COST and LESSER RESOURCES USED since they seek alternative just like using recycle things.

If we have an IE PRESIDENT in our country it is possible that percentage of taxes will decrease. But services will increase… Sounds so good….

IE also wants a SYSTEMATIZE way.. that no need for BACKTRACKING, MINIMIZE QUEUING, while ensuring that everyone is accommodated in just a minute since there’s a TIME MOTION STUDY undergone to know the STANDARD TIME FOR EACH PROCESSES.

So, if IE attitude is used in government, no more queuing from morning until evening to such services wherein now we can observe that people are lining until they reach outside the streets with a starving stomach but just ignore it just to be served within that day. Why need to let them sacrifice? When we can review and do changes in our processes that could make our services faster if we just minimize such UNNECESSARY PROCESSES.
