SUMMER OUTING 2014 : CEBU MARINE LOWAII BEACH RESORT

Last Sunday May 11, 2014, we had our company outing ast Cebu Marine Lowaii Beach Resort located at Marigondon Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. The place is awesome and refreshing from the entrance up to the beach. At the entrance you can see its aquarium with different kinds of fishes that will entertain your eyes if your a fish lover. The entrance hall that looks so beautiful with the native cottages in front and with pretty flowers on top of the stand in the aisle. (Entrance Fee: P200 / head)

I together with my family have fun much in the pool as to relieved the prickly heat of the sun. Summer is more fun when you're at a Beach Resort really!

I beg to DISAGREE!
I read the Yahoo News Philippines regarding on the SSS to raise contribution and its due to last year (2012) incentive that the SSS gave to its employees as incentive and it worth to at least 1 million each as bonuses with around to 5,000 employees. It's not to envy or get jealous of their employees having that big amount of bonus but the point is why they do such thing without consulting that it would greatly affect the funds and result to big losses. Now, they'll implement to an increase of contribution to us - members? Do they ever think how much it would affect our daily expenses and budget? Prices of goods are increasing yet salary remains so what would you expect to us regarding that increase of contribution - for us to accept it, to understand your concerns? Are we the one who put you into that situation? Are we the one who told you that give a million of bonuses to your employees? Hello, we have so much things to think of, so much things in problem, and you will add-up to our burdens?

It's okay if you would increase contribution as long as it's fair but that was very UNFAIR on your reasoning due to more than 200 MILLION INCENTIVE to SSS Employees. You (SSS) are like Robin Hood who rob and give it to people for you increases our contribution as to solved and cover retirement funds beyond 2039. Can't you think a way better than that by not giving burdens to us - SSS members.

Tornado (Buhawi/Alimpos) hits My hometown MINGLANILLA yesterday June 18, 2013 and also in Mohon Talisay

I was at work at the time that tornado hits Minglanilla. I was so shocked and scared for my family that were left at home especially my baby boy 8-months old. My workmate told us yesterday that "nagbuhawi sa Minglanilla" there was a tornado in Minglanilla. My reaction was "hala! akong baby" oh my! my baby and I dialed immediately at home and asked my grandmother who was the one answered the phone. As she said that it was clear there and no signs of tornado I felt calm and asked my workmate. She then told that it happened in Tungkil Minglanilla - ours was located in Lungsod Minglanilla meters away from Tungkil but my mind was still bothered for I knew that tornado is rampage and who would knows were it gonna stop or end and directed to. Time to time I texted my mother ask to asked how are they at home. I'd seen from uploaded video in youtube regarding the tornado that hit Deca Homes thru this link http://youtu.be/LMqaMohoHhQ  as my workmate searched in the internet. My friend Pinkee also texted that tornado hit also their barangay in Libo part of Mohon, Talisay and 7 houses of their neighbors was flown away. I can't help it to keep on thinking on the incident and felt nervous whenever I see clouds turns to dark and rain start to fall. I haven't seen in actual the tornado but it give a great impact to me to felt nervous and fear for it for my family left at home while I am at work.

TRIVIA: Difference of BUHAWI and ALIMPOS? BUHAWI is when it occurred in a body of water like in the sea and as it landfall then it is be called as " ALIMPOS.

Vistamar Beach Resort and Hotel in Cebu with BB Mark Ezekiel

We had our company summer outing last Sunday  "Mother's Day" May 12, 2013 at Vistamar Beach Resort in Lapu-Lapu. The "good news" was that we can bring with us our family. My 7months old baby Mark Ezekiel and my husband were my companion that time. Isn't it obvious that all of the pictures below are exclusively my family ^__^ but we also get jammed with my workmates but we do have lot of time as family as we arrived in the resort.

The resort feels so refreshing with the green trees, blue pools and clear sea with white sand. The place is so stress reliever. And the most that won't regret your stomach is the taste of their foods - so "delicious".

My Post Valentine's Gift from my Husband

My valentine's day is not that good since we had misunderstanding with my husband that day for he didn't went home early and prefer to spend it to his workmates playing basketball in their company's sports fest. But he make it up as he gave me his post Valentine's gift. 

Crocolandia - A Place for a Family Bonding & School Field Trip

Crocolandia is located in Biasong Talisay City Cebu. From the name Crocolandia you can find there lots of crocodiles. Mainly their biggest and oldest crocodile named Lapu-Lapu who lives over 50 years, weighing more than 1000kgs and a height over 50 feet. Please see the video "Feeding Lapu-Lapu"

You can also see there an Ostrich, Tarsier, Wild Pig, diffrerent kinds of Birds, Phyton, Iguana, Deer and different type of Monitor Lizards and many more kinds of animals which we don't often see at home. This also a good place for children for them to learn how to care for animals and as to know more kinds and types of animals.
