Mantayupan Waterfalls in Cebu run dry.

I heard just this morning from a news that Mantayupan Falls in Barili run dry. I was shocked and felt so upset because I haven't got there yet. It was one of my plans if I could have time and money to spend together with my family to go there since I have not yet seen a waterfalls. How sad to know that the water run dry.

As I read the Sun Star News (http://www.sunstar.com.ph/cebu/local-news/2012/07/12/sinkhole-appears-river-falls-run-dry-231503), there's a sinkhole in the river bed that caused the water to run dry. According on the news, from a testimony of Mr. Ariel Pucayan, who lives near the area, it was last Tuesday afternoon that the water started to subside and the sinkhole began to grow wider and deeper. It was also confirmed from the Barangay officials that both the riverbed and falls dried up when the sinkhole appeared. 

Due to this, for sure many lives will be affected on the incident. I was also wondering why within this year many sinkhole appeared in different area. Where do these sinkholes come from or how do these sinkholes were formed?

According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinkhole), a sinkhole, also known as a sink, snake hole, swallow hole, swallet, doline, or cenote, is a natural depression or hole in the Earth's surface caused by karst processes — the chemical dissolution of carbonate rocks or suffosion processes for example in sandstone. Sinkholes may vary in size from 1 to 600 meters (3.3 to 2,000 ft) both in diameter and depth, and vary in form from soil-lined bowls to bedrock-edged chasms. Sinkholes may be formed gradually or suddenly, and are found worldwide. The different terms for sinkholes are often used interchangeably.

But these sinkholes still remains a doubt in my mind, is this due to the earthquake that happened last February? As I connect the event and news about the appearing sinkholes in different areas, I realized those sinkholes were seen after the 6.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Cebu last February 6, 2012.

I was watching TV just this noon of July 2, 2012. I lay down in our sofa when I felt my baby is moving. I caress my tummy with my hand and felt that my angel inside my womb is really moving. I am so happy ! ^^

Tulfo vs. Barreto-Santiago : THE TRUTH!!!

It was yesterday that the news about the issue of columnist Ramon Tulfo and couple Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barreto boom and that interviews on both parties flooded on television. By hearing the two parties, I was just amused and confused on the statement that Mr. Tulfo stated on 24 ORAS GMA Network's flagship newscast last night. On his first statement, he admitted that he really kicked Claudine Baretto but on his other statements and until this morning on the news, he now deny the fact that he kicked Claudine Barreto. What is really the Truth? and who is really telling the Truth?

I am not fan of Claudine Barreto nor on Raymart Santiago, but what catches my attention is the inconsistency of the statement of Mr. Ramon Tulfo about him kicking Claudine Barreto. Even if I am Raymart Santiago seeing my wife kicked by someone else I would really get angry, get mad and punched him.

In the side of the issue of Claudine tongue lashing the staff of Cebu Pacific, anyone who might not well informed or no idea about their luggage being Off-loaded will really get mad. Yeah, it is not good also to give hurtful words to the staff/s or better to do is asked first on the reason but since the damage is already done then if Mr. Tulfo really "do care" for the staffs, why not just approached Claudine and make her calm and let the staff explain their side rather than on "taking pictures". Is this really about the "care for the staff" or the "care to have a hit scope and to have the hottest column released about an actress tongue lashing a staff of Cebu Air Pacific".?

Simple Wedding Invitation yet Elegant to Look

This coming February 25, 2012 will be the wedding of my friend Pinkee Juarez (also friend of my husband and workmate) and his wife to be Jenny Vei Bas. It was a privilege to be part of their wedding preparation. I was the one whom they asked to make and decide for their wedding invitation. I am not a professional designer nor have a business on designing but they trusted me on that thing. But I am proud to say that I know how to look on things if it suits or not, if it is nice to look or not, if it is elegant or not - maybe I could say I have this sense of fashion.
